Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Processing may take longer during peak seasons and promotional periods due to the nature of our small business.

Certain custom-made, hand-painted designs take longer to complete — 2 weeks to 1 month — since each one is painted to order rather than pulled from existing stock.

Shipping method & rates

We currently offer free shipping on all online orders within the US, shipped via standard shipping unless otherwise specified. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Free shipping is a limited-time offer. Going forward, shipping will be calculated based on package weight and order amount once our real-time shipping calculator is live — we'll post the updated rates here before that change takes effect.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
